It’s Day 16 of our 2nd 30 Day Fitness Challenge! Several of you are already participating, but anyone else who would like to participate is welcome to leave me a comment on this post. I’ll be glad to add you to the challenge! Don’t forget, I have a small prize to give away at the end!
This week has not been my best! My motivation is sorely lacking, and I just don’t feel like exercising or eating well! I’m pushing through it though — and the sunshine should help me today!
Here’s how exercise went this week:
Wednesday, March 9: 30 Day Shred – 2 mile jog
Thursday, March 10: 30 Day Shred – 2 mile jog
Friday, March 11: 30 Day Shred – 2 mile jog
Saturday, March 12: Rest
Sunday, March 13: Rest
Monday, March 7: Rest
Tuesday, March 8: 30 Day Shred: Level 2 and 2 mile walk

Here’s what I managed to squeeze in:
03/09: 60 minutes walking & jogging on treadmill/2 minutes jumping jacks/80 push ups
03/10: 45 minutes slow walking
03/11: 45 minutes slow walking
03/12: 90 minutes walking/30 minutes of moderate cleaning
03/13: 2 1/2 hours of cleaning and preparing for my daughter’s birthday party
03/14: rest

Ha, well I knew this week would not go well way before I started this. We had my brother in laws and their GF’s come up for spring break. We did get a lot of walking in going sight seeing and I did manage to eat much healthier than I thought I would. All in all I am proud that I did better than I thought I would, but not anywhere close the exercise and healthy eating I needed to do! I get back into my normal routine next week and I am looking forward to it! It is amazing how just eating poor quality food changes how you feel so much!
