It’s Day 9 of our 2nd 30 Day Fitness Challenge! Several of you are already participating, but anyone else who would like to participate is welcome to leave me a comment on this post. I’ll be glad to add you to the challenge! Don’t forget, I have a small prize to give away at the end!
This week I’ve been challenging myself to write down everything I eat! It’s a pain, but it has paid off because I’m down 1.5 lbs! So, I’m pretty excited about that!!
Here’s how exercise went this week:
Wednesday, March 2: 2 mile jog (with the crazy double stroller!) – free weights
Thursday, March 3: Rest
Friday, March 4: 3 mile jog
Saturday, March 5: 2 mile jog
Sunday, March 6: Rest/Stretching
Monday, March 7: 2 Mile Walk/Jog and 30 Day Shred: Level 3
Tuesday, March 8: 30 min. Walk/Run intervals and 30 Day Shred: Level 2

This week i am to continue running but for some reason i cannot. Wednesday i did not work out, Thursday i did a body pump group class, Friday i did Zumba and Saturday and Sunday i did not work out. I hope the 2nd week is better for me.
Stick with it! The point is to keep going…and encourage one another!! It gets tough sometimes, but you can do it!! 🙂

Well last week I worked out really hard the first day… and was so sore the rest of the week I could only manage to get in walking, and that was tough.
I am on the road this week, and I have been eating very well! When I get home I expect to see a couple pounds gone. I have not gotten on the treadmill so far this week 🙁 I am going to set alarm for tomorrow morning.
That’s no fun — the sore part, I mean! Glad the eating has gone well though. Hoping you find the motivation to get on the treadmill this week!

03/04 – rest
03/05 – walking at the park for 35 minutes
03/06 – 2 hours of cleaning the house (started some spring cleaning)
03/07 – 1 1/2 hours walking in the mall
03/08 – 45 minutes of house cleaning/1 hour on treadmill/50 jumping jacks/60 push ups

I’d love to join the challenge! My sis just gave me some great encouragement this past weekend about my interest in losing my leftover ‘baby’ weight. The challenge will be great motivator and support for my goals! I want to work out at least 4x a week and drink more water and less diet Coke. 🙂
