New users to Amazon Cash can get a FREE $10 Amazon credit for adding $40 to your account.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Click on the “Use Amazon Cash” button here.
2. Get your barcode texted to you or printed out.
3. Go to a participating retailer (listed on the same page your barcode is on).
4. Ask the cashier to scan your Amazon Cash barcode and add the cash to your Amazon balance (at least $40 to get this credit).
5. An e-mail from Amazon should show the credit has been added. You’ll need to use the credit before January 31, 2019.

Valid through December 31, 2018.
