I still utilize this sauna blanket several times per week to deal with all my autoimmune aches and pains…it works wonderfully and I highly recommend it!

I wanted to let you know that tomorrow (April 12, 2023) prices will increase on Higher Dose sauna blankets and other items. If you’ve been considering one, I HIGHLY recommend getting it today as it will be quite a decent price jump.

If you decide to order, here’s a tip: some people have asked about cleaning the sauna blanket. It does sound a little gross at first (if you are thinking it is actually blanket material), but it’s really no problem. The coating inside is not porous (so it’s not soaking up your sweat…and you have towels down, too), so it is easily wiped down with a natural cleaner or wipe. Then, let it dry, and fold it up and store. I usually use mine a couple of times per week. Some day I hope to afford a full sauna, but this works well to conserve space and money!
