Greenfield Education has a free download available just in time before Christmas!   The Christmas Story (part 1) levels 1-4 is available now through 12.31.14.  I am using this freebie as part of our reading curriculum this week and love how there are levels available for my tot up to my 3rd grader.  Great for homeschoolers, for a bed time story, or even to focus on the true meaning of Christmas on Christmas morning.

The Christmas Story Part 1 starts at the angel’s announcement of the miraculous pregnancies of Elizabeth and Mary, through the birth of the Son of God in a humble manger. The graded readers allow even the earliest beginner to read this timeless tale in one word or phrase bites in level 1 and the full text of selected verses from the gospels in level 4 is still paired with colorful illustrations.
