This post is sponsored by List PlanIt. As always, all thoughts and opinions are my own. I only review and share resources I find truly valuable for my readers.
At the beginning of every year, I get the organizing bug–and the spring cleaning bug (even though it isn’t spring yet…I can still dream, right?)! You already know how I love to make lists and goals, but you might be surprised to know that organization doesn’t come naturally to me. I’ve just been willing to learn and persevere since I find my life is much more balanced when I stay *mostly* organized!
Anyway, I’ve tried all kinds of apps, books, and ideas to get my life in order, and when I had the opportunity to try List PlanIt, I was interested to see how it was different from the other options available.
Organize Your Life with List PlanIt
What I found surprised me! List PlanIt is one of the best resources available for list-building on the internet. I prefer pen and paper when I make lists and with over 700 downloadable (and editable) lists, I found lists I didn’t even know I needed. Seriously!
(In fact, I printed out these Spring Cleaning checklists–there is one for each room–and put the kiddos and myself to work!)
I often go searching online for a particular printable list I’m looking for, and while I know there are tons out there, therein lies the problem. I start on Pinterest. I get distracted. I find twenty other things to look at. Then, I forget why I was even on Pinterest. You know the story…you’ve probably even lived that story!
When you have access to almost every list you could ever need in one spot on List PlanIt, it is a timesaver. (By the way, if you have a list you don’t see on there, you can just email the owner and see if she’ll consider adding it. She seems like an amazing lady–of course, I might be biased since I found out she used to live in Kansas)!
At first, I did have a little trouble figuring out where the PDF files were stored. To find the printable lists easily, just click “Browse” and pick whatever category you are interested in:
- Meal Planning
- Contact Info
- Family Planners
- Financial Planning
- Time Management
- Home Management
- Business Planning (lots of great forms for bloggers or at-home businesses)
- Moving Planner
- Personal Interests
- Travel Planning (I’m using these for our upcoming vacation!)
- Student Planning (this includes tons of home education printables)
- Holidays and Occasion Planning
On the right-hand side, you’ll see all of the PDF lists available for that category. Remember, these are downloadable, editable, and printable! Simply click the one you want and save it to your computer. Open it up with Adobe Acrobat and you’ll be able to fill it out however you’d like.
Store Your Lists Online
Now, if you are a little more techy and want to access your list on your electronic device or if you prefer having your list right on the computer, you can make and store lists directly on the site. Just click the “Add” list button. Once it is added to “My Lists”, you’ll be able to edit it.
For example, I added my weekly goals to a special goal worksheet. I can now access them each morning when I have my quiet time/plan-for-the-day time or on my phone when I’m on the go.
You can access all of your current lists by simply clicking the “My Lists” tab.
List PlanIt gives you an option to try it free for 30 day, and after that, a ListPlanIt membership is just $5 per month for unlimited access to all of the lists.
If you don’t want a monthly membership, you can purchase ePlanners (individual groups of downloadable PDFs) for $5. Right now, you can buy two and get one free with the code B2EG1F–that’s like getting them for $3.33 each.
Whether you are super-organized or you need a little help in that department, I think you’ll find ListPlanIt.com to be a comprehensive list building service. With over 700 PDF and online lists, you are sure to stumble across the perfect lists for all your needs!

This would be an incredible blessing and answer to prayer. I’m a homeschooling Mom of ythree children. I’m in desperate need of organizational assistance due to sustaining a near fatal gunshot wound last year. By God’s grace I am alive & walking again but. I still significantly struggle in this area… This is a Heaven sent opportunity… Thank you & blessings

I really wanted to try this out – it looks amazing! However when we are already struggling to pay for the basic needs /bills of each month, I didn’t feel like I could justify to my husband taking the $5 / month from our already minimal food budget for my “want”. But if I could win it, that would be great!
