Disclosure: I received a copy of The Well-Planned Day. All thoughts and opinions are my own!
I had the chance this year to receive a copy of The Well-Planned Day for 2013-2014, and I’m loving it! I had a copy of it last year, but I didn’t end up using it too much since most of my curriculum was already written out and I had my Home Management Binder printables.
Since I’m not using a pre-written curriculum this year (besides our CC memory work), I wanted a place to write down my goals and what I wanted to achieve with the two younger girls. This is working perfectly!
A few of my favorite features of The Well-Planned Day:
1) Large full-month calendar
I LOVE having an overview of the whole month as well as a weekly calendar. So far, I’m using the large monthly calendar to write down my blogging posts and keep track of those. I am a huge fan of this change to the planner–it is awesome!
2) Weekly Planner
The weekly planner is just right for how I’m planning school right now. I write in a rough idea at the beginning of the week (in pencil, of course), and check-off and adjust as we go! The weekly calendar also includes an inspirational quote, Bible verse, room for menu planning, an area for priorities, and a weekly Catechism question.
3) Shopping List
The shopping lists are perforated (which is really handy) and included at the beginning of each month. If you are using the menu planning in the weekly planner, it’s really helpful to have the shopping lists available.
4) Encouraging Home School Articles
Each month also includes a homeschool article. I’ve found them to be so encouraging with practical advice!

I have the On the Go version and Love it! I don’t use all the features, but I like that they are there if I want to. My current curriculum is God’s Little Explorers so I don’t need it for that, but I’d love to win the full version since I’ll be homeschooling 2 grades next year (K & Pre-K). Thanks for this great opportunity! =)

This looks like such a helpful and beautiful planner! Thank-you so much for all that you do here. I already receive your newsletter so I signed up to get it delivered to my 2nd e-mail address as well, as I was already considering doing that anyway so that I wouldn’t miss any. 🙂
I truly appreciate the pre-school curriculum you’ve been sharing, and all the great deals and freebies you’ve alerted me too. I don’t have much money so I truly appreciate all the help I can get in those areas. 🙂
I am excited to have this chance to win one of those planners too. Thank-you so much for providing this opportunity. 🙂
Sincerely,
Cindi (DogForDavid)
