Last week, I started a middle-of-the-month fitness challenge. I’m telling you….ever since I stopped P90X, it has been a battle to get myself motivated!
However, it was motivating to know I have to tell you if I’m making my goals or not (that’s why accountability works so well)! 🙂 I did wind up getting sick over the weekend, so I didn’t really push myself then.
Here’s my progress:
Last Thursday: 2 mile jog
Friday: Sick
Saturday: Sick
Sunday: Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred – Level 3
Monday: Jillian Michaels – 30 Day Shred – Level 2
Tuesday: 3 mile jog
Wednesday: 30 minute interval training
Thursday: Stretching
Friday: 4 mile jog
