Are you a resolution maker or a goal setter? I have to confess something … I have decided to try to cut out some of the processed food out of my family’s diet. It’s long overdue. I’m not looking for the knock-out, drag out kind of change with my husband or kiddos …. but I figure if there are things I can make at home – often cheaper and more healthy for my family – I’m going to start switching things out. With the Super Bowl coming up, I know we’ll have tons of munchies and snacks – perhaps, some kind of BBQ Chicken wings. My family loves them! Maybe your family does, too? This BBQ Sauce is quick and easy – you probably have all of the ingredients on hand!
