I am so excited about this!! If you’ve been following my blog long, you know I love, love, love ALDI. I don’t shop with coupons as much as I used to because of our move to a more whole foods diet. Between ALDI, Azure Standard, Amazon, and Dillons markdowns, I am still able to keep our grocery budget fairly low (albeit higher than it was when I was a coupon fiend…but I’m okay with that, because I’d rather spend money on healthy food and cut things like cable TV, paper towels, etc. out of our budget). Thankfully, we now have an ALDI just 35 minutes away (instead of an hour), so I’m happy about that! I make a trip every 2-4 weeks depending on how the month is going and try to stock up.

Anyway…the news is that ALDI is expanding their organic grocery line to offer an even bigger selection of gluten-free, natural, and organic choices.
“Aldi is stepping up its game in the organic-food space.
The grocery chain is expanding organic-food brands, removing some artificial ingredients from its products, and adding more gluten-free items in hopes of attracting more health-conscious shoppers.
Aldi became one of the world’s biggest food retailers by offering comparatively very low prices. Its prices for fresh produce and packaged goods are roughly 30% lower than Walmart’s, according to a recent price check….”
