It is my heart’s cry this Resurrection Sunday that you would know you are loved–completely and wholly. No matter where you are…no matter what you are going through.
I know I have readers of different backgrounds and faith, and I hope you always feel welcome here; but I would be remiss in the call God has placed on my life if I did not share how He is changing me and giving me Hope. I was reading through The Jesus Bible Storybook with the girls earlier this week, and I could not get through it without sobbing. It was like God used those words to help me see the story anew (John 13-20 NIV).

I know about failure. I know about walking through darkness. I know what it’s like to struggle desperately against addictions, to fail miserably in parenting…and life, to lose those I love most, to feel completely unlovable.
Yet, I’ve found acceptance and love and forgiveness because of Jesus. For several years, I have not been able to listen to this song without being moved to tears:
Oh, death, where is your sting? O, hell, where is your victory?
O, church, come stand in the light.
Our God is not dead. He’s alive!! He’s alive!!

No matter where you are today or what you are going through, there is hope.
Blessings to you my sweet friends,
Stacie
