If you’re new to clipping coupons, here are some of the best sources for coupons:
1) Sunday Newspapers – probably the most recognizable type of coupon
2) Magazines – more and more magazines are beginning to have a few coupons
*All You magazine has lots of coupons!
3) Internet
*Printable from sources such as Coupons.com, Red Plum, and Smart Source
*Many companies are releasing high-value coupons on Facebook
*Company websites are great places to look for coupons
4) Products – many products will have coupons printed on the packaging or “peelies” (little coupons that peel off the product)
5) Electronic – Cellfire, Shortcuts, and Dillon’s have coupons you can add online to your Loyalty or store shopping card.
6) Text – Some companies send coupons to your cell phone.
7) Coupon Clippers is a site that charges a small handling and shipping fee for clipping coupons and mailing them to you.
Beautiful and precious!
I’ve been trying to use coupons for what seems like forever. I’m familiar with where to find the “old school” paper coupons, and I’m familiar with eCoupons and I do use them, but I’m overwhelmed with all the eCoupons available through so many different avenues (I know that sounds ridiculous, right!?). For one thing, I usually go directly to the Dillons website and load the eCoupons on to my shopper’s card there. Plus, I’ve signed up to get eCoupon emails from Coupons.com and Shortcuts.com. I have used Cellfire in the past, as well as Red Plum and SmartSource. Would you consider it to be beneficial to actually access all the eCoupons from all these different sources, or is it enough to just go through, say, Coupons.com? I have a small family and don’t really do a ton of shopping (hence don’t have a lot of occasions to use all these coupons! LOL).
No…I completely understand. I usually don’t use too many eCoupons — unless I can find a high value one or one I can’t usually find a paper coupon for! I’m sure I miss out a little bit, but I generally check Cellfire and Dillons and that’s about it! I do print coupons from coupons.com, redplum.com, smartsource.com — I just sort of watch blogs and see what coupons interest me!
My best advice for you is to use the coupon database on my page — scroll down to about the middle and you’ll see a bright pink “coupon database” button. Then, you can just search for either the type (toothpaste, detergent, etc.) or brand of product you are looking for — and it will show you all the available coupons!!
I don’t know if this helps…let me know if you have any more questions!!
