Join General Cornwallis’ British army with this book of paper soldiers!  This “band of heroes” as one British officer described them, fought at Camden, Guilford Courthouse and Yorktown. This 12 page downloadable PDF includes 45 soldiers and 45 bases so they can stand.  Each base is marked with a national flag, so that there is no confusion between sides in the heat of battle.

A figure of Lord Cornwallis commands 44 other soldiers: 9 of the 1st Foot Guards, 7 of the 23rd Welsh Fusiliers, 6 of the 33rd, 6 of Fraser’s 71st Highlanders, 3 men of the Royal Artillery with a cannon, 6 men of the Hessian Regiment von Bose, 5 Hessian Jaeger riflemen, and 2 Loyalist cavalrymen of the British Legion.  By combining this book with our Battle of Cowpens book, even bigger battles can be created!

Pages are 8.5″ x 11″, so they can be printed from any color printer.  All you need to recreate Cornwallis’ army is glue, tape, and a pair of scissors!
