I went to the site, completed the order form including Billing information,and “enbaby”as the promo codeas directed and it billed my credit card for the full amount plus shipping.I am not happy that the discount did not work as advertised. I would not have otherwise ordered.
Completely understandable. I check the codes and make sure they work, however, I do not own the companies that I post deals about, so you need to contact them directly. I can assure you the code was working when the offer was posted. Also, you should have been able to see before you ordered if the code worked. If you ever enter a code for anything and can’t see the discount, don’t place an order until you figure out why it isn’t showing up. That advice is for all sites…from magazines…Amazon…anything. The first thing I would do is email or call the company about your order. Hopefully there will be an easy solution! Let me know if not and I will contact the company.
Also are you sure the amount you were charged wasn’t the shipping and handling charge? I think it is somewhere around $12.
