I’m very disappointed in the October Pizza Hut Book It! program. I am already an Amazon member and was logged in. I clicked claim free books, but something went wrong with the transaction. There was a message to try again later. When I tried later, I was upset when I was told that I’m not eligible for this promotion because this offer is limited to one per customer and account. I want my free books!!! It’s not my fault that the first transaction didn’t go through. I checked my Amazon digital orders, but the two free books were not there..
Please help me now.
I’m sorry for your trouble. I just share freebies and deals I find, so I don’t actually have any power to fix this problem. You’ll need to contact the Book It program directly.
