I’m so excited about this, because these are amazing trainings!

The Karen Purvis Institute for Child Development at TCU is offering FREE access to two of their online trainings through August 31, 2020. The free trainings are TBRI® 101: A Self-Guided Course in Trust-Based Relationships and TBRI® & Trauma-Informed Classrooms.
What is TBRI?
“TBRI® is an attachment-based, trauma-informed intervention that is designed to meet the complex needs of vulnerable children. TBRI® uses Empowering Principles to address physical needs, Connecting Principles for attachment needs, and Correcting Principles to disarm fear-based behaviors. While the intervention is based on years of attachment, sensory processing, and neuroscience research, the heartbeat of TBRI® is connection.”

I desperately need the TBRI trainings for me and my son. Is there a way to get this for free still? I am desperate to access these trainings but financially very strapped. Thank you.
Unfortunately, this was back when covid first started…so they offered it free. You might try reaching out on their website and see if they have any scholarships or other offers available. It looks like there are several free videos available…and they also have some books that are fairly inexpensive (or maybe you could access from an interlibrary loan). https://child.tcu.edu/resources/videos/#sthash.HabW01aj.dpbs
