Amazon Mom members can save an extra 20% when you buy Huggies Baby Wipes – Simply Clean, Fragrance Free (648-count), when you choose Subscribe & Save. After all the discounts, your total would be $9.58 shipped.
That’s just a little over $0.01 per wipe!
Here’s how to get the deal:
1. Head over to the Huggies Baby Wipes – Simply Clean, Fragrance Free (648 count) page.
2. On the right side of the screen, choose Subscribe & Save. With your 20% savings for Amazon Mom members, your total is down to $9.58.
3. Cancel your subscription after your wipes arrive to avoid future deliveries.

I think you are providing some misinformation on deals available through Subscribe & Save on Amazon. When you buy something through Subscribe & Save, you don’t “lock in” the price of an item today. Amazon will charge you whatever the price is for that item on the day that your order ships out, whether it’s higher or lower than when you added it to your Subscribe & Save order. (Trust me, I have been burned on this a few times, and did my research into Amazon’s policies.)
I know that the price can change on subsequent orders, but I haven’t had the price change on my first order when I initially subscribe. So you are saying your very first order changed price from the day you initially signed up? I haven’t had that experience.
Yes, and I followed up with Amazon about it and there are others on the web complaining about this policy. Amazon was clear with me that for S&S orders, you get charged whatever the price on Amazon is on the day that your order ships out, minus your 5% (or 20%) discount. Same thing goes for coupons — even if there’s a coupon on the item and you clip it, it won’t get applied if it’s not still in effect when your order ships out. They don’t notify you of price changes either. This post has a good explanation of Amazon’s terms & conditions on this: http://www.compukiss.com/shopping-tips/be-careful-when-using-amazon-subscribe-save.html
Wow! Thanks for letting me know. I’m surprised I haven’t had any trouble with it–and I can see that is definitely frustrating. 🙁
