If you are in south central Kansas, I wanted to share a transformational weekend coming up June 10 & 11 in Derby, KS.  It’s Jesus at the Core!!

Last spring, I went through Revelation Wellness Instructor training, and it was one of the most amazing (and freeing) experiences of my life.  I’ve since become passionate about helping women become healthy and whole.  For years, I lived as a prisoner in my body constantly trying to lose weight, feel better about myself, eat the “right” foods, and really believing the lie that if I could just get to a certain size, I would be happy.

That’s why I love Revelation Wellness.  They are not about weight loss.  They aren’t trying to sell you anything.  They are just passionate about women finding freedom and wholeness in Christ.  It’s a fitness ministry, and it’s beautiful!  People of all shapes and sizes and abilities and strengths and weaknesses are welcomed.   I’ve had the privilege to teach a semester’s worth of classes now, and I love, love, love it!
