A note: be aware when you sign up for NCP that they expect you to scan every single thing you purchase. This may not be a big deal for some, but it can be really time consuming. If you do a once-a-month grocery shopping trip or maybe do Christmas or school shopping for a large family, it can take hours. Not only are you scanning the items, you have to manually enter the price for each item, where you bought it, if you used any discounts, what kind of discount, etc. You also have to enter where you bought it, which family member bought it, who was with that family member when they bought it, and how much the total purchase was. Then there are the online surveys they want you to do, and the constant emails reminding you to do the surveys or scan all your purchases. I did it for four months and it just was not worth it. The prizes really aren’t worth all the effort to me. There’s nothing practical like Amazon or Target gift cards. Just know what you are getting into.
