I really think it is important for people to know there are a lot of issues with the cancellation of the subscriptions.
We signed up for a discounted 1st month crate in November but after looking at the crates on line my daughter had very little interest in the 80% of the themes. We decided to cancel the subscription (earlier than we needed to) and cancel our debit card associated with the account. Stupid me ordered new crates with my husbands debit card and never cancelled it… The subscription shipped last month. Chase refunded the money when we reported the charge.
Again this month, they charged the card after calling and cancelling AGAIN… Chase has again said they would refund us the money… They also issued a new card. So annoyed with Kiwi Crate and their horrible customer service.
Oh! I hadn’t heard of anyone having troubles before, so thanks for the heads up! Hopefully it is just an unfortunate circumstance, but I will try to see what others are saying as well!
