I have been using coconut oil in some of my baking lately, and this is the brand I’ve used.  It works well as a substitute for butter (for my milk-allergic daughter)!  Just be prepared, it does give your baking a coconut flavor!  I’ve also heard you can use it for many other things as well (moisturizer, cleaner), but I haven’t tried yet!
