I got in a quick trip to Dillons before the snow storm hits! I didn’t pick up too much, because I had the little ones with me (which tends to complicate my shopping trips)!!
Here are a few bargains I found:
Mega sale items (Buy 10, get back $5) — the price listed already includes the 50¢ deduction per item:
Hunts Diced Tomatoes – 49¢ (I bought seven and used two coupons — $1/3 eCoupon and $1/4 from Dillons Home Mailer) — Final Price: 20¢ each
Hormel Chili – 89¢ (I bought four and used two 50¢/2 coupons from here) — Final Price: 39¢ each after double coupon
Hormel Chicken Chilimaster – 89¢ (I bought two and used two $75/1 coupons from here) — Final Price: 11¢ overage on each after double coupon
Electrasol Finish PowerBall – $2.99 (I bought two and used two $2.25/1 coupons from 1/2/2011 SS insert) — Final Price: 74¢ each
Progresso Soups – 98¢ (I bought three and used a $1/3 coupon from Dillons Home Mailer) — Final Price: 65¢ each
Pace Picante Sauce – $1.69 (I bought two and used a $1/2 coupon from 1/30/11 SS insert) — Final Price: $1.19 each WYB2
Those were my twenty items for the mega sale. Unfortunately, it didn’t take off my $10 at the end, so I had to go up to the front and get that straightened out. Make sure to look at your receipt!!
I also picked up a 3 lb bag of organic apples marked down to $2.29, a free bag of Bird’s Eye Steamfresh veggies (I won them here), Kellogg’s Crunchy Nut cereal for $2.99 (used a $1/1 coupon from1/23/2011 RP insert AND picked a box that has a mail-in-rebate form — so I’ll get $3.99 back), and two packages of Better Oats for $1 (using a $1/2 coupon from Dillons Home Mailer).

Ok please explain are those prices with your $10 savings or without?
Yes — the prices are already adjusted to include the 50¢ off per item from the Mega Event! 🙂
