Add the checks to your cart and check-out.   Don’t select any upgrades (also be sure to click “NO” on the EZ Shield option — they automatically have it marked YES).  You’ll also have to pick the free shipping option (mine was the last option).

Your total price will be be $5.05 plus a $3.90 handling fee (unless you pick duplicates and then it will cost $6.05 plus a $3.90 handling fee).
