Life Rewind:

Well, we made it!  I wasn’t sure how we would survive a whole week away from the girls while they were at grandma and grandpa’s house five hours away!  I kept myself busy, but it was SO quiet.  I’m thankful to be back with them!  I love those sweet little faces, and it was a good reminder of how fast they are growing up and how I want to be purposeful in the time we have with them.

One of my main accomplishments this week was getting caught up on our finances and figuring out how much more we can donate to help fund the orphanage building project via purchases of God’s Little Explorers.  I just wrote a check for $4000, so that brings the total to $9000.  Completely in awe….you all are amazing!!  Thank you so much for catching the vision and sharing it with others.

I also did a huge freezer cooking day and got 30 meals in the freezer.  That will come in helpful over the next month as we get ready to start school on Monday!
