Life Rewind:
Great news! I shared with you last weekend that the orphanage we are contributing too was having some difficulties and needed our prayers. Everything turned out perfectly–we couldn’t have asked for a better case scenario! Thank you all for your prayers! Also, I hope you will be as excited as I am–we have now raised a total of $13,000 to help build the orphanage. I’m just blown away. Truly! I am so grateful to all of you for your support and willingness to spread the word!
On another note, I wanted to share that Mandie, my sweet friend and assistant here at Motherhood on a Dime, could use your continued prayers. Last week, she had a miscarriage. When she went in the next day, they found a heartbeat, and the doctors think she was carrying twins and miscarried one of them. She ended up in the ER later that night due to a high amount of blood lost. Thank goodness she is currently home, but she will be on bedrest for a while. Please pray that the baby will grow and develop with no problems, and also that she and her family would find healing in the loss of one of their children.
