Life Rewind:
We finished up our No Spend Challenge — which was a big deal for us! The month allowed us to save some extra to put towards our mortgage. This is a huge goal for us, but it doesn’t feel quite so overwhelming since we’ve been working at it for several years now! I just try to remind myself that each month we are getting closer and closer!
We had a few snow days at the beginning of the week, and I enjoyed that time hanging out with the girls. I still don’t like to go outside much (I really hate cold), but I am trying to be intentional about playing with them.
I haven’t been doing so well with exercise lately, and I’ll be sharing more about the Made to Crave study I’m going to go through. My motivation for working out has been low…and it’s been one of the first things to go when my schedule feels overwhelming! I miss being accountable through my 30 Day Fitness Challenges, so I may have to start another one!
