Due to the high volume of emails, comments, and questions I’m getting about God’s Little Explorers, I wanted to share a possible schedule idea with you. You may remember (if you were a subscriber at that point), I launched a free weekly preschool curriculum called God’s Little Explorers EIGHT years ago. I wrote the lesson plans each week and shared them with you so that you could use them if you would like.
What has happened since that time has been nothing short of amazing. So far, thousands of you have the curriculum and are using it in some way, shape, or form. It’s been crazy!
Anyway, today I wanted to share a weekly schedule you may want to use if you will be going through the curriculum. Please note I said MAY. Every family is different and unique–your schedule is not the same as mine, and I don’t expect anyone to use the exact same schedule. With that said, I have had tons of emails and questions, so I’m posting a sample weekly schedule here.
Here is my proposed schedule for 2020-2021:
Week 1: Sept 7-11 (Because the 7th is Labor Day, you could start on Tuesday and go through Friday of this week OR you might choose to start a week earlier and spread the 1st week over two weeks to “ease” into it.)
Week 2: Sept. 14-18
Week 3: Sept. 21-25
Week 4: Sept. 28-Oct. 2
Week 5: Oct. 5-9
Week 6: Oct 12-16
Week 7: Oct. 19-23
Week 8: Oct. 26-30
Week 9: Nov. 2-6
Week 10: Nov. 9-13
Week 11: Nov. 16-20
BREAK: Nov. 23-27
Week 12: Nov. 30-Dec.3
Week 13: Dec. 7-11
Week 14: Dec. 14-18
BREAK: December 21 – January 8
Week 15: Jan. 11-15
Week 16: Jan. 18-22
Week 17: Jan. 25-29
Week 18: Feb. 1-4
Week 19: Feb. 8-12
Week 20: Feb. 15-19
Week 21: Feb. 22-26
Week 22: Mar. 1-5
Week 23: Mar. 8-12
Week 24: Mar. 15-19
Week 25: Mar. 22-26
Week 26: Mar. 29-Apr. 2
Week 27: Apr. 5-9
Week 28: Apr. 12-16
Again, this is just a basic schedule. No need to follow it, but I designed it for Christmas lessons to hit during December, and the Valentine lesson to *fall* the week before the 14th (since it is on a Sunday this year) and Easter lessons to fall before and after Easter.

I didn’t make a supply list since I was hoping you would pick and choose what activities fits your family best. There are some moms that have made supply lists in our Facebook group. Hi my name is Angela and I was curious. Are you still offering God’s Little Explorers for free?? My situation is slightly different. I have 3 year old granddaughter. She does go to daycare and I usually watch her one day A week. Even though I bought curriculum. Your program definitely looks fantastic. Plus the busy bags are added plus. I do have background in child care. Even though my son went to public school. I always liked on hands on activities with my son too. Now my granddaughter has turned me into curriculum collector. Sorry for my long reply.
You can go to each week and download the free version at the bottom of each post. The paid version is currently $22 for one download with updated printables, etc. Hope that helps!
