Monthly contributor post from Jenn at The Purposeful Mom:
This fun activity will help you share the Christmas story with your children using the characters of the Nativity!

You can use any Nativity set. This one is our favorite!
How to Teach the Christmas Story Using Nativity Characters
I’ve shared a FREE printable with a Bible verse for each of these Nativity story “characters”:
- Angel (Gabriel)
- Stable/Bethlehem
- Mary
- Joseph
- Donkey
- Shepherds
- Angels
- Sheep
- Jesus
- Wise Men/Camels
- The Star

The instructions are simple! Read each Bible verse listed on the printable as your kids hold each piece of the Nativity or have them read to you. You can choose to use one or more verses suggested. Assemble your Nativity set using these verse prompts and then put it on display!

Have a Merry Christmas!
