Quick Giveaway: Son of God Movie Tickets (2 Sets of 2 Tickets)

Have any of you heard about this new movie opening up on Friday?  Son of God will be showing in theaters starting 2/28/14, and I’m looking forward to watching it.

From the award-winning producers of the record-breaking miniseries The Bible, Roma Downey and Mark Burnett, comes Son of God, the larger-than-life story of The New Testament, to be released by 20th Century Fox on February 28, 2014. Son of God is a major motion picture that brings the life of Jesus Christ to the big screen like never before.

Told with the scope and scale of an action epic, the film features powerful performances, exotic locales, dazzling visual effects and a rich orchestral score from Oscar®- winner Hans Zimmer. Award-winning actor Diogo Morgado portrays Jesus as the film spans from his humble birth through his teachings, crucifixion and ultimate resurrection.

Compassion has teamed up with the Son of God movie and they have given me four movie tickets to share with you!  I’m going to break it down into two sets of two tickets, and this will have to be a quick giveaway!

To enter to win one of the sets of two tickets, simply leave a comment below.  I will use random.org to pick a winner from the comments.  This giveaway will close at 10 PM CT on 2/27/14.  This giveaway is open to those ages 18 and older, residents of the US, and the tickets are available for select cinema locations only.  Tickets may be used through May 23, 2014 or until the movie stops showing in theaters.

    What a blessing to be able to have options for taking the kids into a theater. So many times we just have to choose another activity in order to guard their hearts and minds the way we are called to. At ages 9 and 6, respectively, they have seen ONE movie in theaters, a sad testament to the way our culture has gone.

    I’m DYING to see this movie!!!!!! I saw the Bible Series over and over again and fell in love with it. I LOVED the part of Jesus. It was the BEST episode from the others. I love Jesus and I like to watch anything and everything that has to do with Him! Who wouldn’t want to??? I’ve never been more excited than I am at this point to see this movie which comes out tomorrow !!!!! I really hope I’m one of the winners.

    I just heard about this from Compassion’s blog. I don’t follow the latest movies typically, so I had no idea it was coming out until this week or so. But it seems interesting, and I hope it’s historically and Biblically accurate. (I assume it must be fairly sound if Compassion is endorsing it by giving out free tickets!)
