Here’s a super simple recipe, perfect for using any kind of summer berry that is in season right now! You can use one type of berry or a combination you love! These popsicles can be made by even the littlest kitchen helper!

Two Ingredient Popsicles
*Makes 5-6 popsicles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup full-fat vanilla yogurt*
- 1 cup fresh blueberries (or any other berry)
Combine berries and yogurt in a blender. Process for about 30 seconds if you want smooth popsicles or about 15 seconds if you want chunkier pops.
Pour into popsicle molds or dixie cups (adding popsicle sticks) and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Carefully remove the popsicles from molds and enjoy on a hot, late summer day!
The cute star molds you see were purchased a few years ago at Macy’s (Martha Stewart Collection). One batch of these popsicles filled 5 of the 6 molds. It’s likely that you will want to double the batch if you have several hungry family members!
*Alternatively, you can use full-fat plain yogurt, but of course it won’t be as sweet. All we had on hand the most recent time we made these was plain so we added about 2 Tbsp. turbinado (raw) sugar to sweeten them just a little. Full-fat yogurt is recommended for the creamiest taste and texture.

These seem like such an excellent sweet treat on a hot August day! I think we’re going to do this this week! Thanks for the tip!
