
We’ve come to the end of our first 30 Day Fitness Challenge!!
I just want to thank all of you who participated! It was great to be held accountable — well, not all the time — but it was motivating!! 🙂
Here are my stats for this week:
Thursday, February 17: 4 mile jog
Friday, February 18: 30 min. elliptical
Saturday, February 19: 4 mile jog
Sunday, February 20: Rest
Monday, February 21: 30 min walk/jog
Tuesday, February 22: Rest
Wednesday, February 23: 30 min. elliptical
Although there were several of you who stuck with me every week, there was just one who was faithful to send me her stats within a day or two– and she got in her workouts faithfully!!
Our winner of the challenge is Onda!! Excellent job!!
Onda will be picking out a new fitness DVD or book from Amazon for her prize!!

02/20 – rest
02/21 – 50 minutes shoveling snow
02/22 – 1 hour fast walking on treadmill/125 jumping jacks/50 push ups
02/23 – 1 hour fast walking on treadmill/125 jumping jacks/50 push ups
02/24 – 1 hour fast walking on treadmill/125 jumping jacks/50 push ups
02/25 – 30 minutes fast walking, lots of actual jogging/125 jumping jacks/50 push ups/45 minutes of shoveling snow
