It’s Day 15 of the 30 Day Fitness Challenge! Several of you are already participating, but anyone else who would like to participate is welcome to leave me a comment on this post. I’ll be glad to add you to the challenge! Don’t forget, I have a small prize to give away at the end of the challenge!
I found getting myself to exercise this week challenging — not sure if it was just the weather or what!! I really want to go outside, but the snow and cold is making it difficult!!
Here’s what I did:
Thursday, February 3: 30 Day Shred, Level 1
Friday, February 4: 2 Mile Jog
Saturday, February 5: Rest
Sunday, February 6: Rest
Monday, February 7: 2 Mile Jog
Tuesday, February 8: 30 Day Shred, Level 3 (ouch!! I’d much rather run 6 miles!!)
Wednesday, February 9: Nothing — I feel lazy and stuck in the house!
