Last week, I posted my first 30 Day Fitness Challenge! I’m so happy several of you signed on — and I will get those accountability emails sent out to you today! Anyone else who would like to participate is welcome to leave me a comment on this post, and I’ll add you to the challenge! Here’s how I did:
Thursday, January 27: 30 Day Shred, Level 1
Friday, January 28: 30 minutes, Elliptical
Saturday, January 29: 6 mile jog
Sunday, January 30: Rest
Monday, January 31: 30 Day Shred, Level 2
Tuesday, February 1: Rest
Wednesday, February 2: 2 mile interval run, 15 min. free weights
It was quite motivating to realize I was going to have to post my progress! I hope you’ll join up if you need that motivation, too!
