That’s awesome! My son (who turned 2 last week) is allergic to eggs, soy, milk, and peanuts. I am hoping some day he will be able to eat some of those foods again.
Ruth, I hope and pray he will too. That has to be really challenging…my daughter can have soy and nuts, so even though our menu has felt limited at times, I know it really isn’t compared to so many others with so many and much more severe allergies.
Hopefully there is a good chance he will outgrow some of those since he is still little!!
Congratulations for both of you! Let me know if you ever conquer the milk allergy since my DD has it too.
I sure hope she does…although they are telling me that with each passing year the chance becomes less and less… 🙁
I hope your little one outgrows it!
Yeah!!!! Now to get rid of the Milk allergy!!! My son WAS allergic to eggs and nuts. He is now 8 and can have both (but does not like either.) He stilll has a milk intolerance, not allergy but when he has milk, it aggrivates his asthma and his skin….
Congradultions to both of you!!!
Thanks, Andrea! I wondered if my daughter would like eggs — or not. I thought maybe they would taste pretty strange to someone that has never eaten them!
