Glad I found this! I remember making this in elementary school as a child, and I loved it. It was a such a fun little activity, and the taste was different but yummy. I am definitely passing this on to my little boy, and helping him make it this St. Patrick’s Day. Thanks for sharing!

Hmm! I don’t really know how to describe it–I’m sure it’s not really healthy at all. It’s like an instant pudding with some pistachio nut pieces in it–and it’s green!
