Life Rewind:

It’s been one of those weeks. We started off with the stomach bug and ended with the news that my husband is going to need knee surgery. Most of you know he is a veterinarian, and he works on both large and small animals. All animals are unpredictable…but cows, well, let’s just say I’m not a fan right now! A few weeks ago, he was kicked in the knee, and we knew it was pretty bad, but we really had no idea of the extent. Anyway, he has four weeks in a brace and physical therapy to try to heal up his MCL naturally. Then, he’ll have knee surgery to repair his ACL and meniscus, and lots of weeks of recovery.
