Wow!  This was a crazy week!  It started with kid’s activities, getting our car fixed, freezer cooking (look for my 5 Days of Freezer Cooking series starting tomorrow), going to a swim meet, finding out we needed new tires — and getting them fixed.  Then, we had a 12-hour trip to Colorado, sightseeing in Colorado Springs, and attending my sister-in-law’s wedding.  It ends today with another 12-hour road trip home.

I’m exhausted!!  I’ll be so glad to be home and sleep in my own bed!!  We need a vacation from our vacation…
