Day Six of our 101 Days of Summer Fun for Kids is a perfect project for toddlers, preschoolers or early elementary. We did this two years ago (and I feel a little wistful when I see how much the girls have changed from the pictures in the post)!
Paper Plate Sun Catchers
These take just a few basic supplies, paper plates, tissue or construction paper, and clear adhesive paper (or packing tape). Find the complete directions for the paper plate suncatchers here.
I could never quite capture it in the photo, but these did look pretty hanging in our windows! I left them up for quite a while — long enough to fade them! 🙂
