Ever have one of those weeks where you just can’t seem to get it together? It was one of those weeks for me. 🙁 I am embarrassed to admit, I only exercised two days this week! It seems like once things started happening, I just haven’t been able to get back on track.
One daughter has a bladder infection, the other one had an ear infection, and then there was vomiting early this week on top of that! Not to mention being bummed about missing the NYC 1/2 Marathon and thinking about my dad (and his birthday would’ve been tomorrow). Not that any of those are truly devastating or life-threatening…they just seemed to pile together and make me feel tired and overwhelmed.
So, anyway….fitness challenge, schmallenge…I ran two miles on Sunday and two miles on Monday.
