Yay!! It’s the last day of the 30 Day Fitness Challenge for March!
I must tell you, I am having a much better week than last week — I was really having a terrible, no good, very bad week! Not that it was completely perfect….a lunch date at Olive Garden was one of my downfalls!! But I don’t get to go very often, so I tried to enjoy it in a *balanced* way!
Thursday, March 24 – 2 mile jog – 30 Day Shred
Friday, March 25 – 3 mile jog
Saturday, March 26 – Rest
Sunday, March 27 – Rest
Monday, March 28 – 30 Day Shred
Tuesday, March 29 – 30 Day Shred and 3 mile jog
Wednesday, March 30 – 3 mile jog
Thursday, March 31 – 30 Day Shred

This was not my best week. But I at least tried.

03/24 – 30 minutes light cleaning, 1 hour slow walking AKA rest
03/25 – 30 minutes 30 Day Shred (Level 2), 30 minutes walking/running
03/26 – 2 hours slow walking AKA rest
03/27 – 45 minutes slow walking AKA rest
03/28 – 30 minutes 30 Day Shred (Level 2), 60 minutes walking/running
03/29 – 30 minutes 30 Day Shred (Level 2), 60 minutes walking/running
03/30 – 55 minute walk (3 miles)
03/31 – 45 minutes slow walking AKA rest
