Busy Bag Idea: Christmas Card Puzzles

Looking for an easy activity to recycle all of those Christmas cards you received?  I’ve listed five different ways to recycle Christmas cards over on this post.

Here is another idea, too!

Busy Bag Idea:  Christmas Card Puzzles

1)  Cut the front of a card off.

2)  Use a pen to draw puzzle pieces on the back of the card.  Add a number to each piece (this will help your child sort them if you keep them all in one large plastic baggie).

3)  Cut the pieces apart.  Have your child put the puzzles together!

Store the pieces in a plastic baggie or storage bin.  If you number each puzzle with a different number, you can use it as a sorting activity, too.
