Life Rewind:
It’s been a pretty relaxed week, I guess! Working on my taxes, visiting a local Classical Conversations group to see if it’s something we might want to try next year, and starting our No-Spend Month (I guess that is pretty momentous for us) were the highlights!
We’re getting ready for a Superbowl party, so I decided to inspire the girls to clean by singing them some of my old music. Ahhh….Celine Dion, 70s Chicago, Crystal Lewis, a little Motown Philly from Boys II Men, and a solo by me!
When I told my girls that I used to sing in front of people quite a bit, they didn’t really believe me. So, I made them listen to my one recorded choir solo. This is what my oldest had to say, “Wow, mom, that’s good. I bet they didn’t throw tomatoes at you.”
Nice, right?!! 😉
