The Birthday Girl!!
LIFE REWIND:
This week, we celebrated my middle daughter’s 6th birthday! I can’t even believe it!!
I finished another week of Paleo-type eating, and I’ll be changing up my daughters’ diets to be gluten and dairy-free next week. My youngest is still struggling with a cough at night, and our doctor wants her to see an allergist. After reading Inflammation Syndrome, I’m going to try this diet with her for about six weeks and see if she makes any progress. Anyway, I’d appreciate your prayers and advice as we try to implement this!!

Hey Stacie, I’ve been doing gluten free for almost 4 yrs, dairy free for the majority of those 4 yrs and soy free for the last 2. Let me know if you need any suggestions for anything! Thanks, Theresa! I didn’t realize you were completely gluten-free. It’s just a shift in mindset…especially for the girls. I haven’t really figured out how to handle all the birthday parties, church dinners, etc. I guess as long as they are eating well at home, I’ll just have to let it go a little bit…
